The Right Worshipful Mayor of Bath, Councillor Dine Romero, takes the Chair

Members of the Mayor’s Ceremonial Retinue were recently entertained at a civic reception in the Guildhall:

After which the Mayor was invited to visit the Bath Masonic Hall by Vince Baughan, who regaled her with stories from the past and provided the opportunity for her to sit in the big chair:

This follows a successful visit from her predecessor last year, when Councillor Rob Appleyard was also afforded that privilege.

The Mayor has as her Mayoral theme this year, ‘The People of Bath -The Beating Heart of the City’

That will be Vince then, who is currently Master of The Royal Cumberland Lodge, Tour Guide Extraordinaire, and now in his second year as a Macebearer!
