DATA PROTECTION ACT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Province has both a moral and legal responsibility to protect all data relating to Members. So as to meet this responsibility the following guidelines have been produced for the guidance of Secretaries, Almoners, Charity Stewards and any other Member who uses and keeps personal information with regard to other individuals.
