Provincial Communications
Good quality communications are vital to the success of any organisation.
Here in the Province of Somerset, the Brethren working within the Communications Team have continued to improve accessibility to good quality information for members and non-members alike, both provincially and nationally, thereby promoting a greater understanding of Freemasonry through that openness and accessibility.
The ever-increasing pro-active use of electronic connectivity and Social Media, by UGLE and the Provinces, has proved just how important these methods are for the positive promotion of Freemasonry.
This has undoubtedly helped to dispel some of the widespread misconceptions concerning Freemasonry, as well as being pivotal in the increasing numbers of men making contact to enquire about joining our Institution.
Our continued success in this regard is something that the Provincial Grand Master is determined to build upon. The whole Communications Team is required to work competently and cohesively in order to make a positive contribution to the Provincial aspirations and ultimate success of Membership Development in Somerset.
