Christmas Festivities at Connaught Lodge

At their recent meeting Connaught Lodge invited partners and guests for pre-meeting drinks before the Brethren went “upstairs” for a quick business meeting. When the Lodge was closed everyone then assembled together for Christmas Carols, led by Adrian Moore.

After which everyone then returned to the dining room for more festive fun and of course the usual Christmas dinner! A raffle made over £250 for the Lodge Charity Chest, Tony Cooper then held an auction for a large Christmas Hamper, of which the proceeds will go to the SWALLOW Charity, which helps young people and adults with learning difficulties to enjoy a better standard of living within their communities – https://www.swallowcharity.org
