Tivoli Lodge Install New Master and present 50 year Certificate to John Hoddnett

At their recent meeting on Saturday 16th September, Mike Dew the current Master of Tivoli Lodge installed his successor, Sandy Glen as the new incumbent of the Chair of KS. It was a busy meeting with four joining members and most importantly John Hodnett received his 50 year award from Martin Slocombe.

John who was originally from Leominster, gained a degree in Electrical Engineering and after a brief spell working in London he moved to Weston s Mare working fro SWEB. John was initiated into Wessex Lodge and then in 1999 he was a founder member or Tivoli Lodge, becoming Master in 1993.

As usual with Tivoli, the visitors, wives and partners were welcomed and joined them for a glass of Prosecco (or two) before sitting down for a lovely meal in the dining room.
