Supporting Men’s Health-Free PSA Testing Day for men over 40

Wraxall Lodge donated £500 last year to A prostate Cancer Charity in Bristol and they have since organised a free PSA Testing Day on 14^th October at Rose Green Cricket club in Whitehall – the attached PDF poster provides the specifics as to what the day is all about and how to register to have a PSA blood test completed.

You may be aware – unlike some other cancers, there is at present no mandatory testing available on the NHS for Prostate Cancer – rather it is up to the individual to go and see their GP and request a test. There has been quite a lot of publicity on the national news in recent weeks where some high profile celebrities have come out to support Prostate Cancer awareness.
