Chris Shrapnel Remembered

Chris Shrapnel, who was the hard working Asst Provincial Registrar for over 20 years, recently passed to the Grand Lodge above after a long battle with ill health. Due to him being so poorly he was unable to receive his 50 Year Long serve award in his Lodge; so Ray Guthrie, the PGM, was delighted to present the award to Ann, Chris’s wife, following from her request for this to be done.

Ray, Accompanied by several members of Benevolent Lodge paid a visit to their home to present the award to Anne. The afternoon was a fitting way to remember Chris and a great tribute to honour the service that Chris gave to Freemasonry, particularly the Province of Somerset!
