Tennyson Talks

Tennyson Lodge 4947 held their final meeting before the Summer break this May. The Brethren were treated to no less than three presentations. The first from W.Bro Peter Harris on a history of Masonic Toasts, where we found out why a ‘Toast’ is so called as well as how mush of the evening and indeed the meetings were taken up with various such dedications. 

The second talk of the evening came from our Royal Arch Rep. W.Bro Andy Grey who set to enlighten those who have not yet joined one of the many Royal Arch chapters. Finally, W.Bro Peter Murray and Bro. Gary Searle gave a talk on the role of the Tyler both within and outside the Lodge Doors.
