Severn Lodge Quiz Night and a Donation of £3000 to Prostate Cancer Research UK

Severn Lodge held a Quiz night on Saturday the 18th February, which was to support Prostate Cancer Research UK. It was organised by Philip du Kamp, Steven Wilson and Philip’s wife Jennifer.
The Quiz was run by David Parslow who devised the questions and answers.
A good night was had by the 45 persons who attended.
The winner of the Quiz was Philip du Kamp’s team ‘Clueless’ and coming a close second was Denise Heyward’s team ‘Bonkers’.
A Fish and Chip Supper was enjoyed by all in the interval.
Geoff Lester, on behalf of Severn Lodge presented a Cheque for £3,000 which included a Provincial donation of £500 to Ted Wood a representative from Prostate Cancer Research UK.
