St Kew Lodge Charity Quiz.
Saturday 29TH October 2022 saw a strong turn out of 10 teams to our charity quiz evening to raise monies for the Worshipful Master’s Charities, Dementia UK and MacMillan raising a staggering £ 540 pounds in memory of the WMs’ Mother and Mother in Law.
A very enjoyable evening was had by many and the frolics was accompanied by a Fish and Chip Supper followed by a Raffle.
A Massive thank you to Kath Glen for delivering an excellent quiz with lots of interesting rounds to keep the grey matter working and to Sandy for running around collecting quiz sheets and keeping the scores on the doors.
The Winning team was the “Burnt Cakes” from the King Alfred Lodge and there was a strong representation from the Wiidow’s sons from Mayflower Lodge.
A big thank you to all that turned out to make it a very successful evening.
