Open day at “The World Famous” Portcullis Lodge

Over the Jubilee weekend, Portcullis Lodge held an open day for visitors at the Hanging Chapel.

The team were inundated with visitors as soon as the building was opened, and still had people arriving when trying to close! Overall, they estimate that around two hundred people came through the doors on Saturday. These incldued an unofficial representative of the Order of Women Freemasons, who was on hand help with questions that the members of the lodge were unable to answer.
