Anni Tuffnell, Trustee of The Pod said “We would like to say a huge thank you to the Somerset Freemasons. The presentation was made at Freemasons Hall in Frome when members of the ‘Royal Somerset Lodge’ laid on a buffet lunch for the Active and in Touch members who meet there. They were joined by representatives of The Pod and several local Freemasons. Graham Puddy, representing the Somerset Freemasons said “We are delighted to be able to support these deserving local charities through the Masonic Charitable Foundation (MCF). In the year 2019/2020 the MCF donated over £19M of charitable support funded entirely through the donations of Freemasons and their families.” John Rawlins, the Master of Royal Somerset Lodge who hosted the event said “We are pleased to be able to offer Active and In Touch the use of our premises and it’s good to see so many of their members taking part today.”
