RPL Raise Paul and welcome Admiral Blake Lodge

On a warm and sunny Friday evening the Rural Philanthropic Lodge Raised Paul Hulbert in an excellent ceremony, with everyone working well, but there were two stand out performances from Tony Ward (Traditional History) and Warren Beavis (working Tools – with short notice!)

Ten members of Admiral Blake Lodge (including David Attwater Organist) made the short trip up the M5 from Bridgwater to Burnham on Sea, on the occasion of their regular Fraternal visit. A strong bond between Admiral Blake and RPL has developed over the years, with them coming to RPL in May and the return visit from RPL in December. With both Lodges enjoying each other’s company and proving that visiting is one of the best things in Masonry.

The evening ended off in the usual way at Burnham with good food (a salad with more meat than salad), good laughs and everyone leaving full and happy!
