Athelstan donate to two worthy causes

British Heart Foundation

Athelstan Lodge made a donation of £500 to the local British Heart Foundation shop in memory of W.Bro Sam Boyd who passed to the Grand Lodge above earlier this year. Deputy Manager Maddy Bertini explained that this donation was a significant contribution to their weekly financial target set by the Charity. Weston-super-Mare Foodbank

Also the brethren of Athelstan Lodge were unanimous in their support to donate a further £500 to the local Foodbank. The cost of living crisis shows no signs of abating, and Manager Frederique Wigmore said the more Foo were being opened in both Weston and surrounding villages.
