Red Cross of Constantine (Somerset & Bristol Division) Donate to Bristol Children’s Hospital.

A donation was secured from the Grand Sovereigns Care for Children Fund in order to support the Music Therapy service at the Bristol Children’s Hospital. This service is wholly funded by the Grand Appeal, a vital part of providing those services at the hospital to enable children to benefit from their time spent there.

Richard Cooper, the Divisional Recorder for the Order, said it was a heart warming and humbling experience, to witness the Music Therapy session, and to see the joy it brought to the participant”. Richard also went on to say “To learn of the benefit that Music Therapy provides to those children who need extended or multiple stays in hospital, was remarkable. The service can now continue due to the donation and shows the power of Masonry in action”.
