Taking Another First Step

Brother Neil Tucker, from Southey Lodge, based in Clevedon, took his first Step in Freemasonry some years ago: he now plans to take another in support of The Benjamin Pritchard Foundation to “Be More Ben”!

In June he will be taking part in Mountain Mission 2023

5,000 feet of ascent, 15 miles, 8 mountains, 1 (long) day. Taking on the biggest and best mountains in the Lake District to raise funds for The Be More Ben Charity, which supports families affected by the death of a child.

Addendum: some 32,000 steps later Neil has raised the magnificent sum of £6,250 for the charity, in 10 long arduous hours, covering 8 peaks and climbing to over 5,000 feet.
