For many years Masonry was perceived as a closed shop. Freemasons particularly in Somerset have worked very hard to dispel that myth. We welcome men from all walks of life who are upright citizens and hold a belief in a Supreme Being.

Freemasons in Somerset are very involved in their communities and they provide much needed support for many local charities and good causes. I trust our web site gives some indication of our commitment to our communities throughout the county.

Be you a Freemason or not, I hope that you enjoy our website. If you would like further information about becoming a Freemason you can find out under 'how to join'.
