Austin Williams takes over at Forest of Mendip

The Forest of Mendips 1st meeting of the season on the 18th September was their Installation of a new Master. Steve Caswell installed his successor Austin Williams in an exemplary manner. 

V.W.Bro Mike Greedy presided over the Ceremony.also in attendance was our very own member Assist P.G.M. Russell Woodland.

Austin Williams then invested his officers, which included his father Bob Williams as Senior Warden and Duncan Williams his brother as the Lodge D.C.  Two other members of the family James Williams and Brian Williams were made Stewards. Garry Sharp presented the Past Masters jewel to his life long friend Steve Caswell.

After the Installation ceremony was completed V.W. Bro Mike Greedy presented a Fifty year certificate to  W.Bro. Paul Philcox.The evening was completed with an excellent festive board.
