The Boys in Blue (See the Hi Vis jackets below) were out in force on Saturday night at the Mary Elton Primary School Firework Night. Twenty Freemasons from Clevedon Lodges joined the school volunteers to add assistance. Over 2700 attended the firework display from the local community. Two splendid firework displays, the first being slightly quieter while the second lasting 30 mins was much louder
An outside bar was set up received plenty of business as did Belly Busters Burgers with novelties on sale for the children.
The event closed by 8pm what was a resounding success for the school. Thanks to the organisers at Mary Elton School for allowing Freemasons to meet the community and assist with the event.
Thanks to Paul Hinkley and Howard Ford for gathering the team of Masonic helpers, and all of the Ladies, Gentlemen and Brethren listed above.
