Perpetual Friendship Chapter 135 Charity Donations

Alison Adlam of Friends of Somerset Young Carers accepts a cheque for £150

At the February 2024 convocation of The Perpetual Friendship Chapter 135, Bridgwater, it was proposed by the Chapter that they make two donations to two local worthy causes to help support their work. These donations were to the Bridgwater Foodbank and the Friends of Somerset Young Carers and were for £150 to each charity.

Perpetual Friendship Chapter’s very own Companion, David Young, is a dedicated volunteer at the Bridgwater Foodbank, so was happy to receive the Chapter’s donation at the meeting. Excellent Companions, John Knight and Paul Binding, visited Alison Adlam of Friends of Somerset Young Carers later to deliver their donation.
