Welcome to Estune Lodge, one of the distinguished Lodges nestled within the Nailsea Masonic Hall. Established in May 1949, Estune Lodge draws its name from the ancient Anglo-Saxon term for what we now know as Long Ashton – ‘Estune,’ signifying a deep-rooted connection to the local history and heritage.

Our Masonic Hall is more than just a place of gatherings; it’s a hub of excellence, boasting spacious facilities that accommodate our members and visitors comfortably. Here, we prioritise not only the depth of our traditions but also the quality of our experience. Here’s why Estune Lodge is a thriving and vibrant part of the Masonic community:
What we offer:
Quality Dining: Our hallmark is the high standard of dining we offer. We believe in the importance of sharing a meal together, fostering camaraderie and building lasting bonds.
Diverse Membership: Estune Lodge boasts a diverse membership base, comprising both new and long-standing members. Our senior members bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, while our newer members infuse fresh energy and enthusiasm into our Lodge.
Financial Strength: We take pride in our Lodge’s financial strength, ensuring that we can support charitable endeavours and maintain the excellence of our facilities for years to come.
Robust Attendance: At Estune Lodge, we have a strong tradition of regular attendance at our meetings. Our dedicated members make every gathering a memorable experience, and our numbers consistently surpass our visitors.
Social and Charitable Initiatives: Our calendar is brimming with exciting social and charitable events that extend beyond formal meetings. Members, along with their friends and partners, come together to enjoy fellowship and support our community through charitable endeavours, all in line with Masonic principles.
Historical Roots: Estune Lodge’s name pays homage to the history of the region, reflecting our commitment to preserving and celebrating our heritage.
Visiting Tradition: We encourage our members to explore and connect with other lodges, enriching their Masonic journey and broadening their horizons. Estune Lodge is a place where tradition meets modernity, where history intertwines with the future, and where fellowship and charity go hand in hand.
