The Adair Academy has officially launched!

We are delighted to announce that the brand new Adair Academy was officially launched with the recent first online session receiving very positive feedback. The academy is a new initiative and will serve to assist new brethren in particular as they start their masonic journey. The first session – and what will be a staple – focused on techniques, tips and tricks for learning ritual effectively, and delivering it with confidence.

With a focus on the first degree tools and the answers for the second degree, the participants gained a lot of insight and the response was very positive; plus these techniques can be applied to all ritual, so open to all.

The Academy, being a new initiative, will be shaped and developed by the feedback of the members and we have plans to expand this in time, to cover topics such as what is involved in being invested into the office of Inner Guard and Junior Deacon, as well as Q&A sessions – and more!

The Academy promotes the enrolment onto Solomon, and encourages a close relationship with lodge mentors, peers and the learning initiatives of the province. We hope it will give newer brethren the confidence to step on to the floor and deliver their first piece of ritual – and give greater strength to those already doing so. We are recording the sessions and these will soon be available via a private link.
