Loyal Vacation Annual Candlelit Dinner

The Loyal Vacation Lodge in Wiveliscombe hosted their annual Candlelight Dinner evening on Saturday, 21st February; this was attended by 40 guests, being a mixture of Masons and members of the local community. The dining area was decorated beautifully by Brother Mark Griffin and his wife Jan in the colours of the Lodge. There was also prosecco on arrival and a singer providing music between courses.

A four-course fine dining meal was provided, with members of the lodge acting as dining stewards for their respective tables. There was also a birthday cake provided for Brother Anthony’s wife Clare. Mark and Jan are to be congratulated on their hard work on hosting a fantastic event. Thanks also go to Derek Reed, Steve Shopland, Anthony James, Judith Sinnott and Mark and Jan’s daughters Natalie and Maddie for help on the night and preparation beforehand. Very positive feedback has been received for this event.

The next events at Loyal Vacation Lodge are a music quiz on the 18th of April and then a murder mystery to be confirmed in May.
