Admiral Blake Lodge Festive Initiation & Certificate Presentations

The members of the Admiral Blake Lodge had a very festive December meeting, with plenty of things to celebrate other than the season of good cheer. Firstly, the annual fraternal visit from the brethren of the Rural Philanthropic Lodge, who always bring a respectable number of visitors with them. They were then delighted to be able to welcome a new brother into the Lodge with the initiation of Antonio De Sena (pictured below). The Lodge’s team of officers put on an excellent ceremony for Tony, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the occasion; the brethren hope their new Brother has many happy years in Freemasonry.

Finally, all present also got to celebrate a couple of younger Brothers, Richard White & Andrew Smith, who were presented with their Grand Lodge certificates by Richard Winter, having completed their third degrees earlier in the year. Graham Puddy also gave them some information about Royal Arch Masonry, giving them both something to think about undertaking in the near future.
