St Dunstan’s Lodge Supporting Prostate Testing Drive

St Dunstan’s Lodge in Glastonbury were delighted to donate £500 to the Somerset Prostate Support Association (SPSA) to help support the cost of a day’s testing for local men over the age of 40. All 250 places were booked, such is the awareness and demand around the campaign.

Members of the lodge also volunteered their time to assist the local Lions Club to help check participants in and also steward them to the available clinical staff. The whole day was a great success and Peter Hopwood from the SPSA who organised the event expressed his deep gratitude to the brethren for their support in this vital service.
