Tynte Lodge annual ‘Hog Roast’ 2025
They do say that the sun shines on the righteous; well, that may be so, and it certainly did shine when Tynte Lodge (Bridgwater) staged what has become an annual fixture in their calendar – the ever popular hog roast at Greenway Farm, Cannington.
The organisational skills of the ubiquitous Tony Saunter and the culinary expertise of Lodge Caterer Martin Felstead, combined to put on a splendid feast for over 70 brethren, partners, candidates and Lodge widows in the summer sunshine. Some delicious fare was had by all, including some very palatable pork, crispy crackling and sumptuous sweets! All those present also enjoyed some excellent musical entertainment from the very talented Benny from Bath!
An enormous vote of thanks is due to Tony for putting it all together – you’ve got the job again for next year’s event Tony, just let us know the date!!
