Joint Celebrations in Bridgwater

A group of Bridgwater Brethren met up to celebrate Peter Wall’s 80th Birthday to and say goodbye to Mark Champion, by giving him a great send off on his and his wife’s Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage, a 500 mile trek from France to Spain – aiming to raise over £5,000 for SWEDA, a Somerset Charity helping local people with eating disorders.

James Brown was pleased to present Mark with donations from both the Craft & Royal Arch – £150.00 from Perpetual Friendship Chapter No.135 and £100.00 from Sylvanus Lodge No. 9741. These donations will be added to the total along with the many other donations made by the brethren and other local Lodges.

The brethren from the Bridgwater Lodges wish Mark & Emma the best of luck on their journey. Any brethren wishing to contribute towards Mark’s fundraising efforts can do so HERE.
