Chapter Of Sincerity Installation Report

The Chapter of Sincerity, Taunton had to bring on some early subs for their Installation ceremony but still pulled out a winning performance. Due to a number of unforeseen circumstances the Chapter had to field a different team, to ensure a successful evening, with Roger Earthrowl standing in as First Principal and Charlie Barker as Second Principal. Roger was delighted to welcome Matt Williams as Provincial ADC and Tony Beaumont representing the Most Excellent Grand Superintendant.

Dougie Towells was then installed as Second Principal with Graeme Clark as Third Principal. Sadly Brian Pollard the First Principal Elect was amongst the casualties of the evening and will be installed at the Chapter’s November meeting. Their Excellencies then installed their officers for the year including a very strong team of six Stewards ensuring Companions will be well accommodated .

The excellent manner in which the ceremony was carried out only goes to show the strength of the team at Sincerity. Nearly forty Companions, including a good number of guests then enjoyed a very convivial festive board, with a great atmosphere and the usual excellent catering at Taunton Masonic Hall, so no-one left hungry!
