A Family Affair In The Richard Huish Lodge

The Worshipful Master of Richard Huish Lodge, Taunton, Richard and his officers had the pleasure of raising Brother George to the sublime degree of a Master Mason at the last regular lodge meeting. George showed what an excellent candidate he was by powering through the customary questions and answers, without needing a prompt from the Senior Deacon, who was able to just stand there in silence. What followed was unquestionably the finest ceremony seen in Richard Huish Lodge for some time – and that is saying something, as a RH ceremony is always impeccable.

The unquestionable highlight of the evening was George’s uncle Matthew who in a very moving part of the ceremony gave the Tracing Board Address with conversational excellence.
