Friday the 13th is Lucky For Royal Naval Lodge
Friday 13th is unlucky for some but not for those attending the Royal Naval Lodge No. 2761 which meet in Yeovil. The brethren present witnessed Keith Poulton being installed as Master into the chair of King Solomon.
The Installation ceremony was conducted with reverence and dignity, as all eyes were on the incoming Worshipful Master. The outgoing Worshipful Master Dave Roach, having diligently served his term, passed on the mantle with pride, knowing that the Lodge was in capable hands. In an atmosphere of mutual respect and admiration, the new Master was sworn into office, ready to guide the Lodge through the upcoming year.
Representing the Province was Keith Baker accompanied by Andy Mackay and, as we reflect on the Installation Ceremony and the exciting road ahead, it is clear that the Royal Naval Lodge will continue to be a pillar of strength and support for its members and the wider community. With the new Master at the helm, the Lodge is poised for continued success, preserving its rich legacy while adapting to the challenges of the future.
The festive board was full of laughs and carols were sung, with everyone enjoying the festive period!
