Lodge of Honour Dine In Style
Curry Club at Bengal Brasserie
The Lodge of Honour’s Curry Club gathered again in September 2024, this time at the Bengal Brasserie in Bath. The event saw ten members including those from sister lodges, Royal Cumberland Lodge and Royal Sussex Lodge. Each enjoyed an evening of delicious Indian cuisine. Dishes such as Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Rogan Josh, and Vegetable Biryani were shared, sparking lively discussions about the diverse flavours and cooking techniques. The Curry Club continues to be a highlight for the lodge, offering an opportunity for members, friends and potential members to bond over great food in a relaxed setting.

Annual Potluck
The Lodge of Honour recently hosted its Annual Potluck Lunch 2024, bringing members, friends and their families together for a delightful afternoon of fellowship and fine dining. Held in the Bath Masonic Hall this time, the event featured a rich variety of homemade dishes, from traditional British fare to international cuisine, all lovingly prepared by members and their family. This longstanding tradition fosters community spirit and provides an informal setting for members to connect outside the formal lodge environment. The shared experience of cooking, dining, and enjoying each other’s company made for a truly memorable afternoon.

Curry Club at Thai Basil
The Lodge of Honour’s Curry Club gathered in August 2024 at Thai Basil on Walcot Street, Bath, with nine members attending. The group enjoyed a range of authentic Thai dishes, including Green Curry Chicken, Panang Beef, Pad Thai with Prawns, and Soft Shell Crab Papaya Salad. The evening was filled with lively conversations about Thai cuisine, creating a memorable experience for all. The next Curry Club meet-up promises more delicious food and camaraderie.
