Who’s Got New Boots Then?

At the recent Installation at Chapter of Fidelity and Sincerity at Wellington, a new pair of boots with the labels still attached were spotted during the meeting; the owner will remain nameless. The meeting saw Chris Waterhouse install his longtime friend Duncan Sully-Dunbar into the big chair. This was a real privilege for Chris as many years ago Duncan had installed Chris into the Master’s Chair of Wellington Craft.

The three new Principals are Duncan Sully-Dunbar (Z) Alan Clayton (H) and Simon Gamlin (J). The Lodge was honoured by the presence of EComp Tony Beaumont who was representing the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent for Somerset. He was ably assisted by EComp Steve Wilson acting as his Director of Ceremonies

The Principals were installed in fine form by their predecessors. EComp Maldwyn Davies then presented a Grand Chapter Certificate to Ian Cassling. All the Companions then retired to the dining room for a sumptuous meal.
