A New Master for Uno Corde

Starting the new Masonic season with a flourish, Lodge Uno Corde held their Installation meeting in Keynsham with Luke taking the Master’s Chair.

After welcoming David Maddern representing the PGM and his DC Jonny Reach, Luke was installed in fine style by Tim Adams and the “inner workings” carried out by Luke’s uncle, Val Cooke.

Judging by the smile on Luke’s face from start to finish, it would appear that he enjoyed the ceremony!

It was a busy morning, with their new Master making an excellent job of investing his officers, and Brother Robert receiving his Grand Lodge certificate.

The 2031 Festival plaque for Keynsham Masonic Hall was then presented, showing that the lodge has attained the first “Trowel”.

Whilst the Brethren were in the lodge, their ladies and partners had fun at an autumn wreath making session.

This was followed by a great festive board enjoyed by everyone, along with the usual good humour and friendship.

The WM and Brethren of Uno Corde would like to thank all their visitors for making their day so special.
