New Area Reps – Adair

The Adair Club are pleased to announce a series of appointments that strengthen collaboration across the The Adair Club, Somerset Masonic Shooting Club (SMSC), and Somerset Freemasonry, while supporting continued growth and engagement.

  • Andy Reid has taken on the role of Adair Area Representative for the South East. As a newer member, Andrew brings fresh perspective and enthusiasm, supporting engagement and visibility across the area. Andy is also keen to plan more social events for the club.
  • Ian Burbage (Bubbs) has stepped into the role of Adair Area Representative for the North West. Alongside this, he continues his role as North West Area Mentor for Somerset Freemasonry, bringing experience, continuity, and strong regional insight to Adair representation. Ian will also help coordinate the NW Light Blues heading to the Light Blues Communications at Grand Lodge in London in May.
  • Rob Collins and has taken on the role of Shooting Representative for Adair. This role provides a direct link between Adair and SMSC, ensuring strong alignment and coordination. Rob is also leading preparations for the National Masonic Shooting Competition, which will be hosted in Somerset in 2027, and we look forward to welcoming strong support from Adair members as volunteers for this landmark event.

These appointments reflect a positive realignment of responsibilities, providing clearer focus, stronger regional coverage for Adair, and effective links between shooting and wider Masonic activity.

We thank Andy, Ian and Rob for stepping into these roles and wish them every success.
