Taunton School Lodge welcome a “Lewis”
On Friday 25th September, the Brethren of Taunton School Lodge, and their guests, enjoyed a busy and most enjoyable and special evening. A warm welcome was extended to PPrAGM Barrie Palmer and members of the Provincial Team, Brethren from the Adair Club, Hon.Member PPGM Stuart Hadler and a goodly number of guests.
The highlight of the evening was the Initiation of Tom Houghton-King, son of Martin, the Lodge IG, by WM Geoffrey Jones, his officers and members of the Lodge. IPM Chris Summers was presented with a Past Masters Jewel, and Albert Yap received his Grand Lodge Certificate from the Asst.PGM, who also presented the WM with his 2031 Somerset Festival Jewel.

The AsstPGM then gave an update on Provincial Objectives including membership and details on the proposed use of some of the 2031 Festival Funds.’
The meal and conviviality shone through, as it always does at Taunton.
