A successful night at the Races in Burnham

At their recent race night Rural Philanthropic Lodge, meeting in Burnham on sea raised over £500 for local charities as well as supporting the bar!

With nearly 40 people attending this was the first time the Lodge had arranged a race night and it was a great success, organised by Kate & Paul Jarvis with the ever resourceful Andy Hodge getting the punters in was a dream team!

John Chinn arranged the food, burger and chips which went well with the copious amount of alcohol consumed on the night (over £400 taken over the bar)

All in all a very successful night and will be repeated.
