Taunton Deane Chapter Exalts Brother George

Taunton Deane Chapter met on the 4th September, at Taunton Masonic Hall, to exalt Brother George Searle, who is a member of the Richard Huish Lodge, who also meet in Taunton. The Chapter Principals conducted the ceremony and with Peter Prior-Sankey as the Principal Sojourner the proceedings moved very smoothly. The ceremony was very moving, especially as George’s father Comp. Dan Searle was in attendance.

Excellent Companion David Jenkins also presented Neil Rossiter with his Supreme Grand Certificate.

The Companions retired from the Chapter and enjoyed an excellent supper of Roast Pork followed by Bread and Butter pudding courtesy of Taunton Masonic Hall’s resident caterer Karen Dingle and her superb team.
