The RPL 291 Summer BBQ

Rain did not stop the annual event held at Burnham on Sea, however they did have to eat inside whilst the intrepid chef was outside cooking the Burgers and Sausages.

With over 40 attending it was as ever, a great event, they even had visitors from Scotland, Lodge MacDuff 940 which has now amalgamated with Lodge Earl Haig 1260. Leigh Yule and Tom Park, they posted this on their Facebook page – “it was our Pleasure to have you said” WM Malcolm Price

Not only were there the usual Burgers and Sausages, there was Pulled Pork, Chicken an assortment of salads, followed by the choice of fresh Cheddar Strawberries or Sherry Trifle, prepared by the ever hard working John Chinn.
