A Century of Brotherhood for Cedric Thomas
A Century of Brotherhood: Cedric Thomas Turns 100
On a truly remarkable day for both family and fraternity, Worshipful Brother Cedric Thomas, a cherished Freemason, celebrated his 100th birthday, a milestone that not only marks a century of life but also decades of service, fellowship, and Masonic tradition.
Three members from St Kew Lodge had the honour of visiting Cedric at his home to mark this momentous occasion. The visit was filled with warmth, laughter, and heartfelt conversation, as stories from years gone by were shared, memories rekindled, and bonds reaffirmed.

Cedric, who has been a dedicated and respected member of St Kew for many years and is now an honorary member, welcomed his visitors with the same gentle humour and grace that have always defined his character. The afternoon was more than a birthday celebration; it was a reflection on a life well lived, one enriched by integrity, friendship, and quiet wisdom.
The visiting Brethren from St Kew brought greetings, a commemorative card, and the good wishes of the Lodge and wider Masonic family. As they sat together, Cedric recounted tales from his early days in Freemasonry, recalling the changes he’s seen not only in the world but in the Lodge itself. His vivid recollections and sharp mind were an inspiration to all present.
Happy 100th Birthday, Cedric — a true Brother, gentleman, and friend.
