End of an Era (83rd MCV) for Somerset Provincial Lodge

The recent meeting at Prudence and Industry Lodge in Chard marked a double passing which was watched by the Provincial Team. They were there to deliver the Membership Challenge presentation fronted by Tony Guthrie. The presentation showed how important this is and why it has been delivered across the Province. This was number 83 of 83 presentations to date. There then followed a double passing ceremony for Nick Mattravers and Dan Mico, which was carried out in fine form by the Worshipful Master and his Officers.

Will Bullows and Jeremy White were Raised to Master Mason previously on the 19th November at a ceremony carried out at Parrett and Axe Lodge in Crewkerne and as a photo of Paul and his son was not taken at the time, we remedied that on this occasion. Parrett and Axe took the Lodges candidates to help relieve congestion of ceremonies in Chard. Great teamwork between the two Lodges
