Forest of Mendip Get a Visit From Santa

Forest of Mendip invited over 70 brethren, family , lodge widows and friends to a Xmas lunch held at Yatton Masonic Hall. The day started with a welcome from the SW Ian (Bubbs) who welcomed everyone to a wonderful afternoon with great food and great company.

Santa made an appearance and handed out Secret Santa gifts to the brethren , to the young ones and one special one. The temple was opened for a look around and questions from visitors answered by WB Ray.

The raffle was a success which raised £380 for the Avon and Somerset Search and Rescue. The afternoon was finished with carols and a rendition of the 12 days of Christmas expertly conducted by WB Ray. We would like to say a Huge thankyou to all who supported this day. Merry Christmas and we look forward to giving everyone a warm welcome in the New Year.
