After three years as Master of Wellington School Lodge L7230, David Probert was delighted to install the new Master and fellow ex-pupil William Bailey. The address to the Worshipful Master was given by another ex-pupil PrSGW Clive Dunster, who was representing the Deputy Provincial Grand Master in charge.
David, who was a pupil at Wellington School from 1948 to 1953 had continued as Master when the Covid pandemic struck and caused the suspension of all lodge meetings; under his leadership lodge activity gradually returned to normal. David’s leadership qualities had clearly been honed at the school where he was a prefect for over 2 years. Now firmly in the saddle, William is a keen motorcyclist and previous Chairman of the ex pupils association. Many congratulations William and enjoy the ride!
