Two Lodges meet at the Masonic Hall, Redfield Road, Midsomer Norton BA3 2JN

Purpose built by the Brethren of Connaught Lodge just before the First World War, the land and building (including electrics and plumbing) cost a staggering £914!

Connaught Lodge No 3573

Meets at 18:30 except Apr on the third Wednesday (Second Wed Feb 2014)
Months – Feb, Mar, Apr (Installation 17:30), Sep, Oct, Nov and Dec

Warranted in 1912 and having recently celebrated it’s Centenary, it was the Founding Members of Connaught Lodge who were largely responsible for the acquisition of the site at Redfield Road and it’s subsequent construction.
The Lodge now has a new Stairlift.

Kenneth Kinnersley Lodge No 9218

Meets at 18:30 on the second Tuesday
Months – Feb, Apr (Installation 17:30), Sep, Oct and Dec

Warranted in 1986, Conescrated in 1987 and named after the Founding Worshipful Master and at the time, Provincial Grand Master, RW Bro KC Kinnersley.

Disabled Access: The Masonic Hall is elevated from street level 5 steps, 1 step into front porch, 1 step from dining area into changing room/toilets. A winding staircase from front porch to the Temple with a stairlift.

The MH. Redfield Road. Travelling from Bath on the A367 turn right at the dual mini- R/Abt s at the centre of Radstock on to the A362. Turn left at next mini- R/Abt into Midsomer Norton’s High Street (one way). At its end turn right. The MH is some 200m, adj to the Esso Filling Station and 45m west of St John’s Church. From Shepton Mallet and Wells turn left on to B3353 (one mile to St John’s Church). PCP at the Island (20), and Pows Orchard behind St John’s Church (approx 200 free). Cars must not be parked in Church Court
